As part of the Order Fulfillment experience I also designed the dashboard views for store managers. Per location a manager needs an overview into how their location is performing and details around what work is in progress. With their site onboarded and associates using the application for fulfilling orders managers are able to view and dig into KPIs about their location. They're able to see things like KPIs, Productivity at an aggregate view and per employee and they are able to take action on alerts and insights they receive about their location.
